Amy has a deep passion for music, theatre, education, and helping people and organizations move forward. Growing up, she performed on the violin, sang in choirs, and appeared in musicals, never imagining that her love for the arts would one day become a career.

Her professional journey has taken her through a remarkably diverse range of fields, including retail, market research, property management, emergency planning, guest services, English language teaching, performance tour management, and music education in both public and private settings. Rather than following a straight path, Amy has built a career by collecting experiences, learning from each one, and discovering how seemingly different skills can come together in meaningful ways.

That journey ultimately led her to arts administration, where she found an opportunity to bring together her creativity, organizational strengths, communication skills, and love of the arts. Her work has included grant writing, fundraising support, program development, event and concert management, community outreach, donor engagement, and building the systems that help mission-driven organizations thrive.

Today, her work also extends into career development and education, where she helps students identify their strengths, explore possibilities, connect with resources, and translate their experiences into meaningful career opportunities. Whether she is supporting an arts organization, developing an educational program, coaching a student, or bringing people and resources together, Amy is motivated by the same thing: helping good ideas—and the people behind them—move forward.
